The Best Counselor

Your decrees are my delight and my counselors. Psalm 119:24

When you walk they will guide you, when you sleep they will watch over you, when you awake, they will speak to you, for a commandment is a lamp, teaching is a light and corrective instructions are the way to life. Proverbs 6:22

The one who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. The doorkeeper opens it for Him, and the sheep hear His voice. He calls His own sheep by name and leads them out, when He has brought all His own outside, He goes ahead of them. The sheep follow Him because they recognize His voice. John 10:2-4

How cool is that? THE good shepherd is THE great counselor also. He doesn't just tell us how to live, He protects us, watches over us, speaks to us, leads the way and shows us how to find satisfaction and rest IN HIM(There is no other way). ANY AND EVERYTIME we can look back and see a job well done, this should keep our focus on Him. Thanking Him for His help as we share and show others, Christ Jesus, the secret to our success and brag and boast about the best counselor there is.
