Famine, never good for you, His love letter

Hear this! The days are coming when I will send a famine through the land, not a famine of bread or a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of The Lord. People will stagger from sea to sea and roam from north to east, seeking the word of The Lord but they will not find it. Amos 8:11-12

Like some we do not need letters of recomendation to you or from you. You, yourselves are our letters, written on our hearts and read by everyone.

2 Corinthians 3:1-2

Since it is plain WHOSE we are and WHAT we are, lets remember that most DO NOT know Him and the world suffers for that. After people spend time with you and read, see and feel The Savior's message in you, the famine of hearing His life giving word should no longer be in their lives. You are one of The Eternal One's EMS messenger team.

While serving in the U.S. Navy, I had the honor of studying this life giving Truth under the tutilage of one S.J. Burnett in Charleston, S.C. One day to emphasize his point on the importance of our position and commission as Christ's representatives, he reached over and turned the lights off (it was night and very dark). "This is the way most people see spiritually," he said, then he turned on a flashlight. "Are you His light for others to see? You are not only the light of the world, you have the bread and water your people need to really live. Please be and give them the same life giving diet Christ gave to you.
