This is what The Lord says: The wise must not boast in his wisdom; The mighty must not boast in his might; The rich must not boast in his riches. But the one who boasts should boast in this, that he knows and understands Me -- That I am The Lord, showing faithful love, justice, and righteousness on the earth, for I delight in these things. Jeremiah 9:23-24
Remain in Me and I in you. Just as a branch is unable to produce fruit of itself unless it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in Me. I am The Vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him produces much fruit. Apart from me you can do nothing. If anyone does not remain in Me, he is thrown aside like a branch and withers, they are gathered and thrown into the fire. John 15:4-6
Not only is everything we have from our Creator, ALL of it is worthless when not used for and with Him. This is priceless and comforting news, everything working together for your good and His glory, once again it comes down to focus. No wasted time or actions. All good. The correct focus is always a Proper "Thank You." Romans 8:28, Amos 3:3, Matthew 8:5-12, Numbers 14:24
