The Gathering

At that time I will bring you back, yes, at that time I will gather you. I will make you famous and praiseworthy among all the people of the earth, when I restore your fortunes before your eyes. Zephaniah 3:20

For the promise is for you and your children, and for all who are far off, as many as The Lord will call. And with many other words he testified and strongly urged them saying, "Be saved from this corrupt generation." Acts 2:39-40

We all love a good gathering, our Savior does as well and is preparing one as we speak. When we speak of restoration, we are looking to get back to where or what we were before. It is NEVER that way with our redeemer, when He restores, it is always better than it was before, if He is involved, that is the way it will be. He is waiting on me every morning and each new morning with Him is better than where I was with Him yesterday. That gives me an expectation for eternity with Him that I am not able to describe... not yet :) Set time apart for Him alone this morning. He saved your place. Psalm 34:7-9, 1 Corinthians 2:9, Matthew 22:1-14, Isaiah 1:16-20

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.  When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”   Matthew 28:16-20
