YOUR ONE, YOUR ONLY

You are to regard ONLY The Lord of Hosts as Holy. ONLY HE should be feared; ONLY HE should be held in awe. HE WILL BE a (your) Sanctuary; but for the two houses of Israel HE WILL BE a stone to stumble over and a rock to trip over, and a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. Isaiah 8:13-14

I did not see a sanctuary (in the new Jerusalem), because The Lord God The Almighty and The Lamb are its sanctuary. The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, because God's glory illuminates it, and the lamp is The Lamb. Revelation 21:22-23

When speaking of The Savior, I love the word, 'ONLY', because it fits ONLY Him. There is NO OTHER sanctuary, NO OTHER Savior and The Eternal One makes it very clear here that He is to be our ONE AND ONLY sanctuary, place of rest, satisfaction and safety. If He is not, you too will stumble and trip over the Rock of Ages and be caught in a trap never intended for you. Your job and mine, is to live our lives following Him, dwelling within Him, being His light so His Sanctuary is always seen and recognized as such by others. Remember this... do not trifle with His Holiness and He will always be your Sanctuary, your Savior and your light. You will find Him being a wall of fire around you and the glory within you. Enjoy your Sanctuary today.

Isaiah 40:28-31, 42:22, John 17:8,12 Jeremiah 17:5, Acts 26:16-18, Zephaniah 1:4-9, Luke 12:1-12

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.  When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”   Matthew 28:16-20
