Be careful, stay calm, don't be afraid and do not lose heart. If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all. Isaiah 7:4, 7:9
Your laws endure to this day because ALL things serve You. Even the enemy's wrath serves You. Psalm 119:91, 76:10
Do people pick grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. By their fruit you will recognize them. Matthew 7:18-20
The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When He reached it, He found nothing but leaves because it was not the season for figs. Then He said to the tree, "May no one ever eat fruit from you again." His disciples heard Him say it. Mark 11:12-14, 20-21
This is a lot to take in but it is foundational for anyone who claims Christ Jesus as their Savior and King. Even the enemy's wrath serves The Savior, all this mess you see in the world that scares and rattles so many, don't let it rattle you. Keep your focus so you can be not only a source of refreshment for the world, but more importantly a source of refreshment, pleasure and satisfaction for The Savior. Remember who you really work for and remember everyone and everything else will answer to Him as well. Think about that for a bit. If we lose our focus, we will not be ready... when, not if, He comes by. You are reading this because your plan is to be ready. Thank you for that! Revelation 22::1-6, Isaiah 61:1-3, Hebrews 12:1-2, Malachi 1:6, Ezekiel 18:4, Psalm 112:7-8
