I will repay you for the years that the swarming locust ate, the young locust, the destroying locust and the devouring locust -- My great army I sent against you. You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied. You will praise the name of Yahweh your God who has dealt wondrously with you.

Joel 2:25-26

When an unclean spirit comes our of a man, it roams through waterless places, looking for rest but doesn't find any. Then it says, "I'll go back to my house that I came from." When it arrives, it finds the house vacant, swept and put in order. Then off it goes and returns with (at least) seven other spirits more evil than itself and they enter and settle down there. That man is then far worse off then before.

Matthew 12:43-45

Reading these two scriptures make it abundantly clear that the decision to forego Christ Jesus and His offer of life and peace opens a door that makes Pandora's Box like a box of legos. To say 'No' to The Savior is to say 'Yes' to the enemy of your life, soul and your eternity. When Jesus asked Paul if it was hard for him to kick against the prod that He was using to make him the man He had created him to be. Just like the locusts and the demons you read about in Joel and Matthew. My father Isaiah was told to tell his people, "I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked person should turn from his way and live. Repent, repent of your evil ways! Why will you die?" Once again we are shown the ONLY path to live, it will take His strength to stand and turn to Him. It is a decision that if made will bring peace, joy and rest forever or a change ignored that will haunt and torment forever. Petra sings a song, 'Just Reach' with this line, "You say you've walked ten thousand steps away, but don't you know it's only one step back?" The ball is in your court, respond like you know you should and put it back in His court where it belongs.

Ezekiel 33:10-16, Acts 26:13-18

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.  When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”   Matthew 28:16-20
