What Are You Keeping and Storing Away?

The people are incapable of doing what is right, The Lord's declaration. Those who store up violence and destruction in their citadels.

Amos 3:10

As He was saying these things, many believed in Him. So Jesus said to those who believed in Him, If you hear My word and keep it, you will know THE TRUTH and THE TRUTH will make you free.

John 8:30-32

I love these scriptures. I love and treasure all His words, all His commands. If you long for true beauty, find His beauty and His joy that accompanies Him, as you find your freedom in allowing His word to be a lamp for your feet and a light on your path. Here we go with the offensive part(but not for you). If we do not obey His instruction, we are incapable of doing what is right and in so doing we are storing up violence and destruction in our own homes. He doesn't just set the standard for right and wrong, HE IS THE STANDARD for what is right and what is wrong... Christ Jesus is, always has been, always will be, the key to your freedom. Adolph Hitler said, "What good fortune for govenments that the people are incapable of thinking for themselves. " Remarks like his should drive us straight to Christ Jesus. He is The Good Shepherd, The Great Leader, not one of the many piss poor posers that cause those who choose leaders poorly, to sin at the cost of their own lives. Do not take my word for this... go to Him and ask Him to help you see Him, hear Him and follow Him. If you find that He does not live up to His Name and His Promise, you would be the first.
