A Marked Man or Woman

To the angel with writing equipment, He said, "Pass through the city and put a mark on the foreheads of all those who mourn and grieve, those who sigh and groan because of all the abominations committed in the land." To those with a war club He said, "Follow Him and kill everyone, young and old, but do not come near anyone who has the mark. Begin at My sanctuary."

Ezekiel 9:1-6

The third angel said with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives a mark on their forehead or on their hand, he will also drink the wine of God's wrath, which is mixed full strength in the cup of His anger. He will be tormented with fire and sulfer in the sight of the holy angels and in the sight of The Lamb, and the smoke of their torment will go up forever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or anyone who receives the mark of his name.

Revelation 14:9-11

Sit down or kneel and ask God to help you and others see how you are marked. To keep it really simple, like me, I go to Matthew 12:33-34. Every tree is known by the fruit it bears and if the fruit is hard to see clearly, then just listen. The most abundant fruit is the words we speak. He will help us, if we ask Him. Don't be fooled, life is short here on earth but eternity is forever. Anyone can be fooled if we do not take our stand with The Savior. Before hitler committed suicide in his bunker, he said, "Just an instant of pain and then an eternity of peaceful bliss." I do not know where he is and that is none of my business, I do know The Eternal One has reserved a place for each of us and we are admitted or rejected by our fruit, our stamp, our clothes or our name written or erased in or from His Book. How are you marked?

Exodus 32:32-33, Matthew 22:11-14

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.  When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”   Matthew 28:16-20
