A Real Friend? The Best

The Lord spoke with Moses face to face, just as a man speaks with his friend.

Exodus 33:11

You are My friends if you do what I command you. I do not call you servants anymore because a servant does not know what The Master is doing.. I have called you friends because I have made known to you everything I have heard from My Father. You did not choose Me, but I chose you.

John 15:14-16

I love the words, 'With, Friend, My Friends and Face to face'. Have you thought about your relationship with God that way? Have you thought about God's relationship with you that way? The Eternal One did not plan and create you just to watch you go through life, He created you so He could walk you through each and every day that He created with you in mind. I did not buy a bicycle for my kids just to watch them ride, I wanted to teach them how to ride, to ride with them, to take photos and make great memories, yes even doctoring their scrapes and cuts from the inevitable crashes and tumbles. In Isaiah 41:10-13 we read, "Do not fear for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with My righteous right hand... For I Yahweh your God, hold your right hand and say to you: Do not fear, I will help you."

Did you get that? The best way for two people to hold right hands is to be face to face. That is His desire for you. Your Creator and Savior wants to teach you how to live, to enjoy Him and all He gives and does for you and in so doing, teach you not to worry or fear, but to enjoy and share your time with Him. The best part, He gets to enjoy you, face to face. Imaging that!
