Still ONLY ONE Source of Joy, Strength and Satisfaction

Come everyone who is thirsty, come to the waters: You without money, come buy and eat! Come buy wine and milk without money and without cost! Why do you spend money on what is not food, and your wages on what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me and eat what is good, and you will enjoy the choicest of foods. Pay attention and come to Me; Listen so that you will live.

Isaiah 55:1-3

Jesus said to His disciples," I have food to eat that you don't know about...My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work...Listen to what I'm telling you, open your eyes and look at the fields for they are ready for harvest."

John 4:32-35

We live in a hungry, thirsty dissatisfied world where people can have all they want and still long for true satisfaction, still go without. Only our Creator can satisfy us, and it is His goodness that does the satisfying. Without a walking, talking relationship with The Savior, we can have everything and yet have nothing or we can seemingly have nothing and yet be truly satisfied because we have, love and know Him and most importantly know His love for us. That is the kind of paradox person I push to be. My Creator shows me what is important in life and I refuse to settle for less or an imitation that will not and cannot satisfy. I have learned I can trust, lean on and rest in Him, His counsel and His company. That is my prayer for you.

Proverbs 23:23-25, John 15:11

"I have had few difficulties, many friends and great success; I have gone from wife to wife and from house to house, visited great countries in the world, but I am fed up with inventing devices to fill 24 hours of the day."

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.  When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”   Matthew 28:16-20
