But let all who take refuge in You rejoice. Let them shout for joy forever. May you shelter them, and may those who love Your Name boast about You. For You Lord bless the righteous one; You surround him with Your favor like a shield.
Psalm 5:11-12
Now to Him who is able to protect you from stumbling and to make you stand in the presence of His glory, blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, power and authority before all time, now and forever. Amen
Jude 24-25
Beauty is something we all can and should appreciate as we remember there is only one source of any and all beauty. Again, in Psalm 5:12 when David thanks The Eternally beautiful One for His favor, favor can be translated as beauty here. As you enjoy His favor today, His favor that surrounds you as His shield, now that my friend is a priceless, mostly unappreciated gift, His gift to you. Thank Him for His beauty today, you are reading this today because I have seen and heard His beauty in you. Share His beauty today with a hug, a kind word, make it your goal today to blindside as many as you can today with His Beauty, now yours to live, enjoy and share. I have staked my life, my all, on His promise. Never looked back, Never dissappointed. Always beautiful!
Psalm 139:1-6, 10, 1 Corinthians 10:23-24
"My dear Jim boy. Soon after you read this letter you will be on your way to the worst sort of danger. Jim, I'm banking on the enclosed copy of the 91st Psalm. The thing that takes the place of fear and worry is the promise of these words. I am staking my life on these words. I feel sure that God will lead you through this mad experience... I can say no more. God bless and keep you. I love you more than I can tell you. Dad"
Jimmy Stewart's dad Alex, gave him this letter as he left for combat in World War 2.
