A Wonder

Even the darkness is not dark to you. The night shines like the day; Darkness and light are alike to You. For it was you who created my inward parts; You knit me together in my mother's womb. I will praise you, because I have been fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, and I know this very well.

For God, who said, "Light shall out of darkness" He has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of God's glory in the face of Jesus Christ. Now we have this treasure in clay jars

so that this extraordinary power may be from God and not from us.

2 Corinthians 4:6-8

There are scriptures that are meant to be a comfort at a time when no other comfort can be found or experienced, That is This bright morning Star you and I worship and find our only rest in. We are not just children and people of light, we are people and children of His Light. We have been given the name, 'People of The Book' meant as an insult. If it was people of a book, that would be offensive to me, but people of The Book, I wear that like a medal. Daniel was told what was recorded in The Book of Truth, that is both my joy and my strength because it is this Book that The Savior reminds us about in John 1. You my friend are a wonder, because you are His wonder, wonderfully made and held together. Don't forget the fearful part... always stand in awe of Him and share this with everyone you can. Remember your struggles and difficulties, they have them as well, but you have a calm in this storm. He is a safe place meant to be both enjoyed and shared. You are a wonder, His wonder, my friend.

Isaiah 42:5-8, 2 Peter 1:19

"This Book contains the mind of God, the state of man, the way of salvation, the doom of sinners. It's doctrines are Holy, its precepts are binding, its histories are true, its prophecies are sure and its decisions are immutable. Here paradise is restored, Heaven opened and the gates of hell disclosed. Christ is the grand subject, our good its design and the glory of God its end. It should fill the heart and guide the feet. Read it slowly, frequently and prayerfully."
