My soul, Praise The Lord, and all that is within me, praise His Holy name. My soul praise The Lord and do not forget ALL His benefits. He forgives ALL your sin; He heals ALL your diseases. He redeems your life from the pit; He crowns you with faithful love and compassion. He satisfies your days with goodness; He renews your youth like the eagle.
Psalm 103:1-5
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation; Old things have passed away and look, new things have come. Now everything is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; That is, in Christ , God was reconciling the world to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation...He has committed the ministry of reconciliation to us. Therefore we are ambassadors for Christ; certain that God is appealing through us, we plead on Christ's behalf, "Be reconciled to God."
2 Corinthians 5:17-21
One of the enemy's tricks is to get our focus on our performance, our rate of growth in our walk with Christ instead of our responsibility to be His ambassador and to reach out to and share with any and all whose heart is stirred to stop, and listen. Your growth and welfare is not your responsibility, it is The Savior's. Your resposibility, like mine, is to be focused on Him, devoted to Him, faithful to Him. Always teaching and praying for those He has assigned to you and to be looking for the next opportunity to share His life, His light and His love with the next person He has placed on your lineup in His schedule for your day. Ask Him to help you remember your days before you knew Him in Christ to stoke your fire of gratitude and a hunger for more of Him. This should be coupled with the overwhelming compulsion to share what He has revealed to and shown to you. Share this with anyone and everyone you meet who will listen. To be focused on Christ, knowing you stand before Him, is the only thing that makes you a force to be reckoned with.
1 Kings 17:1, 2 kings 3:14, Acts 26:16-18
"You were made by God and for God and until you understand that, life will never make sense. Faithful servants never retire. You can retire from your career, but you will never retire from serving God. You never know God is all you need until God is all you have."
