These words I am giving you today are to be in your heart. Repeat them to your children. Talk about them (and Him) when you sit in your house and when you walk along the road. When you lie down and when you get up. Bind them as a sign on your hand and let them be a symbol on your forehead.
Deuteronomy 6:6-8
Some people were bringing little children to Him so that He might touch them, but His disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw it He was indignant and said to them, "Let the little children come to Me... After taking them in His arms, He laid His hands on them and blessed them."
Mark 10:13-16
If you know it and Him, show it. If you care for it and Him, always wear it. Don't be one who keeps others from getting to Him, bring them in. If your relationship with The Savior doesn't affect EVERY AREA of your life, you don't have a good relationship with Him. If I only consider myself married part time, I'm a terrible husband and father. If you care and swear to it, then wear it... all over, all around, all the time. The Savior and people, in general, have zero tolerence for two things: A smart ass and a poser. We are to let His word be our sign and our symbol, that though will never happen unless we are HIS SIGN and HIS SYMBOL. Let The Savior define who you are today, because He wants to define who He is today, through you. Tell Him that if you represent Him today without His company and His help, it will be a very bad thing. Don't bother doing the talking if you are not doing the walking...
Proverbs 4:12-13, John 15:5
"All heaven is interested in the cross of Christ, all hell terribly afraid of it, while men are the only beings who more or less ignore its meaning."
Oswald Chambers
