Still The Same

My son fear the Lord as well as the king and don't associate with those given to change.

For their destruction will come suddenly; Who knows what disaster these two can bring?

Proverbs 24:21

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Do not be led astray by various kinds of strange teachings; For it is good for the heart to be established by grace.

Hebrews 13:8-9

"Amazing Grace, How sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me." These scriptures show the need for faithfulness because He is faithful, I want to be more like Him. Every morning I rise up at 0430 and get very excited knowing that I get on my knees and submit to The Only One in all creation who is the absolute object of my devotion. The wild side to this is that He is devoted to me. Everyone submits to someone and everyone is devoted to something. Do you know The One who put you here and do you know why He put you here? If you cannot say that you know and love The One who put you here, you are not living yet. I did not find Him, He came for me. My joy in knowing Him is that His love and devotion for me is so apparent, just as He is with everyone Yesterday, today and forever. I love Him because He is Still The Same... and that's really good!

1 Samuel 2:30, Luke 18:8

May the wisdom of God instruct you

May the hand of God protect you

May The Word of God Direct you

Saint Patrick

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.  When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”   Matthew 28:16-20
