Be strong and courageous; Do not be terrified or afraid of them. For it is The Lord your God who goes with you; He will not leave or forsake you. The Lord is The One who will go before you. He will be with you; He will not leave or forsake you. Do not be afraid or discouraged.
Deuteronomy 31:6,8
From one man He has made every nation of men to live all over the earth and has determined their appointed times and boundaries of where they live, so that they might seek God, and perhaps they might reach out and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us.
Acts 17:26-27
Just as there were people who were intent on keeping the Israelites out of their promised land and place of worship, so are there people who are intent on keeping you and I from the place and state of mind He has prepared for us to worship Him. Worship is a lifestyle. The things that rattle you in life are there to keep you from both worshiping and reaching out to Him. Where is your best place of worship? Your best place of worship is anywhere and everywhere you are. God's presence and glory fill the entire earth. The best place to worship Him is where He is. He is everywhere... that adds up to a lot of wasted time and real estate for those who are called to worship, but don't. Every place is a Good place to worship because He is there and so are you. There is always opposition but no opposition can withstand Him when He moves in. He has made the way and the place for you to worship, thank and obey Him. Let Him retake your life and the ground you stand on and dedicate it back to Him. Holy ground... The best place to worship Him.
Numbers 14:21, Colossians 3:15-17
"Prayer out here is difficult. Both Chaplains and men are removed from a special building with a steeple. Prayer to most is a formal, ritualized affair, involving special posture and a liturgical setting." "Prayer is no substitute for planning and work but it was nevertheless an indispensible part of every soldier's life. Urge all your men to pray, not alone in church, but everywhere. Pray when driving. Pray when fighting. Pray alone. Pray with others. Pray by night and pray by day. Pray for our army and pray for peace."
Army Chaplain James H.O'Neill and General George S. Patton Jr.
