My Delight is in Her

You shall no longer be termed forsaken, nor shall your land any more be termed desolate. But you shall be called Hephzibah, (Literally, My delight is in her) and your land, Beulah, (Literally, Married). For The Lord delights in you... As a bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you.

Isaiah 62:4-5

For they are not all Israel who are of Israel, nor are they all His children because they are the seed of Abraham; But in Isaac your seed shall be called. That is, those who are children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; But the children of the promise are counted as the seed.

Romans 9:6-8

We all need to ask ourselves this question, "Is His delight in me?", Jesus makes this easy for you and I in John 15:14, "You are My friend if you do what I say." Are you His friend? Take care before you answer because we are warned by The Savior that many of the 'Sons of the kingdom' will be cast out into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Taking care is needed because many multitudes have allowed themselves to be deceived into believing they were God's elect and yet were in reality, as He tells us in His own words, "Not known by Him." Are you a child of The Promise? Jesus, The One who gave it all to secure the salvation of many tells us His sheep hear His voice. Whose voice are you listening to? Whose direction are you following? "My people are lost sheep. Their shepherds have led them astray; They have turned them away on the mountains... they have forgotten their resting place." Are you at rest? If not you know where to go.

Isaiah 1:18-20, Hosea 6:6-7, Matthew 8:11-12, 11:28

"Egyptians are struggling to find some kind of identity among the changing society."

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.  When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”   Matthew 28:16-20
