The Witness

Joshua recorded these things in the Book of The Law of God, he also took a large stone and set it up there under the oak, next to the sanctuary of The Lord. He said, "You see this stone? It will be a witness against us, for it has heard all the words The Lord said to us and it will be a witness against you, so that you will not deny your God."

Joshua 24:26-27

The whole crowd began to praise God joyfully with a loud voice for all the miracles they had seen...Some of the Pharisees from the crowd told Him, "Teacher, rebuke your disciples." He answered, "I tell you, if they were to keep silent, the stones would cry out!"

Luke 19:37-40

We cannot miss our calling because we were shot out of the saddle by someone more gifted and talented, but we can lose our place to and be rebuked by, a rock because we refused to do our part, that would be totally unacceptable. Nothing trumps His call! All creation serves Him, you and I my friend are part of that creation. Be the witness you know you are created, called and empowered to be today.

Isaiah 43:10, Matthew 28:18-20

The world can be witnessed to in a single generation. We can welcome Him back with our present of the finished task set by Him so long ago when He said, "This gospel of the kingdom must be preached for a witness to all nations, then shall the end come."
