The Message

The heavens declare the glory of God and the sky proclaims the work of His hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; Night after night they communicate knowledge. There is no speech, there are no words where their voice is not heard. Their message has gone out to all the earth and their message to the ends of the world.

Psalm 19:1-4

As Jesus was getting into the boat, the man who He freed from demon possession kept begging Him to be with Him. But He would not let him, instead He told him, "Go back home to your own people and report to them how much The Lord has done for you and how He has had mercy on you." So he went proclaiming how much Jesus had done for him and they were all amazed.

Mark 5:18-20

We are created to amaze and awe others as His redeemed and freed messengers. His heavens speak this message as well. Notice the demoniac's message before Salvation... "Always night and day crying out in pain and cutting himself with stones." No comparison! I told a woman of the peace and satisfaction I knew because of Christ, she began to cry and said, "I don't know peace or satisfaction." Let His light and glory shine through you today, as His message in word and deed.

Isaiah 60;1-5, Acts 16:25-31

Some Christians counsel new believers to wait until they are thoroughly grounded in their faith before attempting to share the Good News. Although we should not rush into ministry unprepared, WE DO NOT NEED TO WAIT before telling others what God has done for us.

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.  When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”   Matthew 28:16-20
