In my entire career, I've never been happier than when I am busy doing what I love. It gets my creative juices flowing and tends to bring out the best in me. As an Artist
My passion for drawing started when my 2nd grade teacher told me that my drawing of a squirrel really looked like a squirrel. Those words of high praise helped fuel that passion throughout the remaining 13 years of my formal education. I drew every chance I got and learning from those whose artwork I admired. A big part of my formal education came from St. Louis College at Florissant Valley whose art department, I believe, is one of the best in St. Louis. Once I became a "working adult," my passion slowly succumbed to the digital realm of pixels and points, and I almost stopped drawing completely. Well, skip forward a decade or two, now, with the help of the urgings of my lovely wife, the passion of my youth is back.
